Young children thrive in environments with the freedom to explore yet the structure necessary to keep them safe with a watchful eye and nurturing reassurance. The staff at Little Tykes are all experienced with young children, CPR and first -aid certified and meet all state licensing requirements for mandatory background. 

Our summer activities foster your child’s creativity and build on skills he or she already knows, while recognizing the need for young children to use their bodies as they explore new skills. Our Infants and Toddlers will enjoy many hands-on activities relating to familiar themes Teachers use finger plays, songs, movement activities and quality children’s literature to enrich the summer camp experience. 

Our Pre-K3 and Pre-K4 preschoolers take an in-depth look at real-world topics that are relevant to them, such as Boats or Airplanes, Ice Cream or Pizza, Insects or Flowers, or Summer Sports or Camping. Children participate in activities focusing on language arts, math, science, technology, creative arts, music, movement and character education throughout each theme, and extend their learning through the summer months.
